Undefeated...and ready for the crown

The Ansley Sharks have won the Country Club Championship 21 times; Nineteen of those championships, consecutively. The Sharks have also won 15 Kids for Kids events. Pretty impressive resume huh? With 300 Ansley swim team members on this year’s team, another Country Club Championship is well in the works.

Ansley has the best championship record of any Club in Atlanta and, most recently, the Shark’s beat rival, and biggest competitor, Druid Hills Golf Club 294.5 to 277.5. Monday, Ansley won against Atlanta Athletic Club 390 to 186. Their first swim meet, held on May 29, 2012, was against Piedmont Driving Club and the Sharks brought home a ‘W,’ beating PDC 337 to 239.

With only two more meets (Monday, June 18 versus Capital City Club at home and Monday, June 25 versus Cherokee Town and Country Club), the Sharks do nothing less than impress. The team motto for the season is as follows:
